by commissioning me, you as the client agrees to these terms.

ACCEPTED SERVICES

WILL DRAW

  • slight gore, blood

  • menhera, jirai kei, medical styled motifs

  • characters

  • furry ocs

  • anthro characters

  • original characters and official characters

  • fanart

  • real people in my style

WILL NOT DRAW

  • nsfw artwork — i can draw suggestive poses and clothing but will not draw any nudity or sexual acts

  • blunt and blatant topics of self harm or suicide.

  • i believe self expression in the yami kawaii + jirai community is very important; but i will not draw any of these subjects for anyone but myself.

TERMS OF SERVICE

ARTIST’S TERMS

- I do not start drawing until the commission is paid for.- I will post finished commissions on social media like instagram and tiktok for advertising purposes. However I can keep your commission private upon request.- I have the right to turn down a commission if I as the artist would feel uncomfortable creating it.- Photos/references of your character are needed. It is hard for me to understand when people describe what a character looks like.

CLIENT’S USE

- clients can use the work as their profile picture, toyhouse photos, cover photos, etc. but credit is required.- clients CANNOT use my artwork for commercial purposes or profit. e-mail me if you would like to commission me for commercial use.- clients can crop resize, etc. my work but credit is still required.- do not trace or use my commission as heavy reference.- clients can request small details and tweaks to artwork, but larger edits and redraws have a fee and must be paid for.

PAYMENT

- MUST BE PAID AT HALF PRICE UPFRONT. If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, I will send a partial refund, and will send the drawings to you. This is a very rare case, which only would happen during emergencies.- Payments are only accepted via PAYPAL. If you are in canada, I can take e-transfer. If this is the case, all prices are in CAD.- Clients are responsible for any conversion fees or charges applied by their bank or payment service provider.- Once the commission is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

a 2048x2048 headshot used for icons.
held items and hand poses add an additional fee (about 2-3 dollars more). client has creative freedom of expression and hand poses/held items.

CHIBI

starting at $5 USD

held items, coloring and backgrounds add an additional fee. above photo is an example of coloring and background. client has creative freedom of expression and held items.

SONIC STYLE

a fully rendered drawing of you or your sonic character!
held items and complicated poses add an additional fee. pngs and backgrounds are sent with no extra fee. due to the time it takes to render, it is a significantly higher price.
